The Boatyard Gallery was established in 2015 in a restored stone outbuilding through the Boatyard Arch at Greystones Harbour, Co. Wicklow.

The Gallery hosts a framing workshop on its first floor, where James Griffin, the gallery’s founder, caters to the needs of a wide variety of local photographers and artists with his craft.

The ground floor of the Gallery displays and sells local crafts from Co. Wicklow, providing a hub for local Wicklow-based crafters to bring their creations to both the local community, and the busy tourist footfall during the summer months. The Gallery maintains close relationships with resident crafters, with staff always happy to provide feedback and advice on the public response to crafter’s products.

Some of the Wicklow-based crafters displaying their products in the Gallery include Maple Tree Pottery, Denis Byrne Glass, Violine Sea Craft, and Geraldine Flanagan Ceramics.
