Geoffrey Healy Pottery

Geoffrey first met clay at art college in 1970. Further studies followed in Derby College of Art.

He was awarded a scholarship in 1973 which funded studies in Japan. On returning to Ireland he had teaching experience in NCAD and the School of Art in Dunlaoghaire.

He set up his pottery in Bray in 1978.

He has successfully sold pots all over the world, was Clay Products Consultant to the Government of Lesotho and for thirteen years was a lecturer in Ceramics at the Thomastown Skills Course, DCCI, Co. Kilkenny.

Geoffrey continues to exhibit widely and his work is among many public and private collections, notably at Farmleigh House.
