I am a ceramic artist based in Arklow, County Wicklow, with deep family roots in Arklow Pottery. Both of my parents worked at Arklow Pottery, and my father Michael and uncle Dennis glazed for John French in his studio pottery. Another uncle, Liam, was head designer at Arklow Pottery.

After beginning my ceramics practice in Los Angeles, I returned to Ireland and now work from a studio in my garden. My work is inspired by nature, the human form, Celtic art, and Irish heritage, with a strong focus on carving clay as a meditative and storytelling process. I have exhibited in Los Angeles, at the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and regularly at the Arklow Art Centre Gallery.
